The Magnum Buyer Protection Plan
Guaranteed Customer Satisfaction.
Magnum Equipment is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship. If during the first 30 days of receipt of your equipment a problem arises due to defective material or workmanship that cannot be rectified by our Service Department, we will, at our discretion, send a service tech to your facility or replace said unit at our expense.
Duration of Warranty - Under normal use for Strength Products.
Duration of Warranty - Under normal use for Cardio Products.
All warranty parts are shipped UPS ground from Magnum’s factory at no charge. Contact the Magnum Customer Service Department by phone, fax, or mail if any warranty parts are required. Warranty covers parts only. Warranty does not cover any product or part Magnum Fitness determines to be defective due to lack of proper maintenance or misuse. Warranty is void if equipment had been modified, altered, or contains parts that are not supplied by Magnum Fitness. No returns of equipment will be accepted by Magnum Fitness without written return authorization.
There are no additional warranties; either expressed or implied, arising out of the sale or this product other than those contained herein. Warranty is only for the repair or replacement of the product. No additional coverage to any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or non-use of the product.

| Lifetime: | Machine frames, cams, weights stack plates and their rubber support blocks. |
| Five Years: | Pulleys, pivot bearings, weight stack bushings, guide rods, cables, add on stack carriage rollers. |
| Three Years: | Movement arms, ball joints, shocks, brass bushings. |
| Two Years: | Chrome slides, telescopic tubes, tower cables. |
| One Year: | Grips, T-handles, lever locks, spring pin assemblies, weight stack pins, linear shafts, linear bearings, cross over ropes, star knob assemblies, ABS plastic including sear trays, end caps, and all springs. |
| Six Months: | Upholstery rollers and pads (for wear through). |
| Non-Warranty Items: Non Skid Tape |
